Amir has devoted himself to finding a way to bring the same skills he has taught military personnel, police units and professional fighters to the general public. To do so, he has distilled a lifetime’s learning and teaching mixed-martial arts into “The System: Personal Anti-Terrorism Training” a simple, effective method of dealing with attacks by both armed and unarmed assailants. Using “The System” and its program of self defense, awareness and fitness, anyone willing to commit themselves to learn can dramatically improve his or her chances of surviving and prevailing in a violent confrontation.
